About Our Semester Packages

Academy semesters run from September-January and February-June. Semester payments can be prorated if a student enrolls mid-semester.

Policies and Payments

Have questions about lessons, payments, or policies at VAMA? We’ve compiled the most important details in this FAQ section to help you better understand our processes and ensure a smooth experience.

When are monthly and annual payments due?

Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month. For annual payments, tuition must be paid in full upon enrollment and is non-refundable.

How many lessons are included in a 4-pack or annual payment plan?

With lesson 4-packs, students receive at least one lesson per week. Annual payments include 40 lessons over a 12-month period.

Are cancellations allowed, and what is the policy?

Each student is allowed one excused cancellation per semester, regardless of the number of lessons purchased. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Is there an annual registration fee?

Yes, there is a $50 annual registration fee for both new and returning students.

What happens if my teacher is unavailable?

The academy reserves the right to provide substitute teachers when regular instructors are unavailable. If a student cancels a lesson, we cannot guarantee the rescheduled lesson will be with the usual teacher.

Can missed lessons be made up in the new academic year?

Missed lessons do not carry over to the next academic year. Students must communicate with VAMA staff via text or email to arrange makeup lessons; otherwise, the opportunity to reschedule will be forfeited.
